The space has two windows and a closet. It is on the second floor in the back corner space. It's approximately 10x22. There's one long sheet rock wall and the other two are painted white brick. This is the first time this space has been available in 5 years so I am happy to find someone special that can take it over.

There is a common space with a people friendly kitchen with a storage. cabinet for this studio as well. Community bathroom with a slop sink is steps from the studio.

This floor is shared with mostly painters. 4 folks have studios on this floor..... you would make 5.

Open to all sorts of artists or businesses. It has extra electric already ready to be used if you are a ceramic artist.
