The space is a studio, and it is shared with one acrylic painter. Overall size is 500 sq. ft. Your area is 175 sq Ft.

The studio is located within a larger communal art space with 5 other artists with separate studios. There is also a gallery in the building (John St. Gallery). @johnstgallery

The studio has very high ceilings and no windows. There is a communal kitchen area, slop sink, and bathroom. Everyone is very nice and professional.

One thing to note is that the space is a basement space, so there is one flight of very wide, comfortable steps down but no elevator.

Price is $475 (utilities and wifi included)

$200 Deposit and a simple contract to sign

I am looking for someone to start renting on February 1st and stay through December.
