Hi Listings Project!

My name is Joe. I am a queer, 31 year-old musician currently living in Ridgewood. I am looking to join a lease (or sublet with a chance to sign on) with likeminded individuals / professionals ideally in the Ridgewood/Bushwick area but am open to Bedstuy, Greenpoint, and Fort Greene as well. I would ideally be looking to move any time between May 1 and October 1, so quite flexible. My budget is max $1300/month.

As a roommate, I am considerate, clean, communicative, and neat. I keep a peaceful and tidy living space. I bartend four nights a week at a cute Italian restaurant in Ridgewood and am usually home before 11pm at the latest. On Fridays I work in the Union Square Greenmarket selling flowers for a farm upstate. I do not drink or smoke weed, but take no issue with folks that do, as long as the apartment isn't party central on a regular basis. I enjoy running, literature, and going to the cinema and museums in my free time. I also have an adorable, quiet, chubby, and cuddly cat named Rose.
