The kitchen is open with a beautiful area to cook and an adjacent dining/living room. Sustainable cherry wood floors.

It is important for us that the back garden be maintained after 2 decades of work put into it :> SO we would love a gardener or plant lover!

It's a very friendly block with kind neighbors. We are a 5 minute walk to the R or the F + G trains. Approx. 30 minutes to Union Sq. in Manhattan. There are many great restaurants, yoga studios, swimming at the Y, library, bars, shops, gyms and stores within walking distance. Street parking is readily available. Dishwasher, Washer/dryer within unit.

About This Lister

Athena (she/her) does meditation based therapy, many types of massage therapy and is a professional dancer. Carolina (she/her/ella) is a photographer, educator, facilitator and activist. We both love nature, gardening, traveling and playing with our super cute tuxedo polydachtal cat, Jackson and Maine Coon Arabella (who will not be there).

We are lucky to be the owners of this house. We have one tenant upstairs who is awesome and in a totally separate space. We are happy to show the space via zoom or in person if you are local. Carolina will be the contact person.
