This space has been my absolute happy place for the last two years. Available immediately through the end of January! Things to know:

- so close to the BEST grocery stores in the city: Zabar’s, citarella, fairway, TJs, and more
- right by the 72nd 1,2,3 trains and walkable to the B and C trains
- fourth floor walk up

I am a clean and quiet homebody who has absolutely loved living in this space. I recently moved out so I could move in with my boyfriend (our leases didn’t match up perfectly) so trying to sublet the space to make up for this extra month.
