Unique quiet and in nature home on the edge of Paris for the summer.
Our 1100 sqf, 3 bedrooms/2 baths townhouse (ideal for a family of 4) is a duplex with a small garden and a large balcony upstairs. It is located on the edge of a 60-acre public park with trees, walking/running trails and a lake, so has calm and refreshing nature right on our doorsteps. It is also unbelievably quick to downtown Paris in public transportation.
It is behind La Defense, the modern business district of Paris, and is 3 minute walk to the RER stop Nanterre-Prefecture, which has trains every 5 minutes that will take you to the heart of Paris (Chatelet-Les Halles) in 12 minutes. This uncluttered home has the best of both worlds and is a wonderful place to both retreat and work peacefully and enjoy the busy Paris city life.
Living/dining room and kitchen downstairs, 3 bedrooms all opening onto a large balcony, 2 bathrooms, an extra office room and walk-in closet upstairs.
Kitchen is fully-equipped and includes dishwasher and small appliances. House includes washer, TV, fiber-optic internet, and a small printer in the office. As most Paris homes, no AC sorry.
We would like to rent it to one family/group for the entire 2 months ideally.
We would ask that you water a few plants (nothing crazy), and that you take care of our cat (who is easy and friendly). In exchange for the cat-sitting the rent we offer is a reasonable $5,000 for the entire 2 months. All utilities and fiber-optic internet included.
