I will be out of town for the summer and offering my apartment for sublet June 1-August 31. The place is on the top floor of a three story walk up. Brownstone building on a nice street. It faces the backyard overlooking neighbors' gardens and stays quiet all summer long. The City skyline can be seen in the distance.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed. You'll have storage space in the closet and under the bed. The living room has a pull out couch for guests, optional plants (that can spent the summer at a friend's house if you don't want to water them), and plenty of books.

There are two window air conditioners installed for the summer.

Kitchen is equipped with microwave, air fryer, soda stream, nutri bullet, coffee grinder, and all sorts of utensils and spices that you will be welcome to use.

Close by to Saraghina, Peaches, LunAtico, Thompkins Ave., and Herbert Von King Park.

One month of rent for a security deposit. The price includes wifi, gas, and hot water. It does not include electricity. This is just to prevent the window air conditioners from running all summer long. Generally, with modest usage, the electric bill is not more than $100 a month. We can work out the best way to do this between us.

The landlord does not allow pets.
