The apartment is technically a two bedroom; however, the second room is used as an office space. The unit is on the 3rd floor of a small condo building (two flights of stairs). The place is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Additionally, you can enjoy a quaint, rear facing balcony. The layout is open with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and generous natural light.
