Sun-drenched 1-bedroom in the heart of the East Village perfect for one person or a couple. *Mostly furnished. Hardwood floors, windows in every room. Smart TV plus a desk for working/writing from home. Separate bedroom with full-sized bed, 1 closet, and ceiling fan; eat-in kitchen for two w/ stainless steel fridge and stocked with essentials and dishware; the living room (with A/C unit) makes 3 rooms total + a full bathroom. Fourth floor of an elevator building. Usually very quiet because it faces the rooftop of another building instead of the street.
*The navy blue loveseat, desk chair, media console, additional black shelves and grey bench pictured are not in the apartment. All personal effects, books, records, etc are not in the apartment. This is a creative space to make your own!

Rental requirements
I have some flexibility on the start and end date. However, a one year minimum stay is required.
I require one month’s rent for a security deposit.
I also require name/address/smart phone pic of a driver's license.
You are responsible for having the place cleaned at least once/mo and then emailing me the receipt -- I have a service I use that I can recommend ($100/cleaning)
Utilities and wifi are not included in the rental rate. I can bill you at the end of the month (approx. $120/mo)
I prefer to handle exchange of $ through Venmo/Zelle.
No pets, no smoking inside, no parties.
