This is a listing for a furnished one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The dates are flexible, anywhere from 30 day monthly rentals are possible. The apartment building is recently renovated but over a hundred years old which makes the space quiet but comfortable with many amenities.

Located just around the corner from the intersection of Myrtle avenue and Bushwick avenue, the building is close to a lot of bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants. This is a very cool and trendy part of Bushwick without the graffiti tours and other odd tourism. There’s a park 10 minute walk away and many supermarkets even ones that are open 24 hours.

The apartment is shared with an early 30s professional who is rarely home. There is a full bathroom with tub but a limited kitchen that only includes a mini fridge and a microwave and small pantry. The room has a queen bed and mattress and vintage dresser and a desk and chair.

The space is unfortunately not suitable for pets no matter how sweet. This is also a non-smoking home but there is roof access with great views that’s accessible 24 hours. Amenities also include bike storage, laundry in the building, gym in the building and a common area with a large TV. WiFi and electricity are the only bills and average about a 75-100 a month.

Looking for someone who is mature, clean, tidy and respectful. Unfortunately we are not well suited for party people or people who host lots of gatherings. Guests are welcome within reason. I have lived here for over 10 years and have made this beautiful space an oasis for you to enjoy. Dates are flexible. Anywhere from 30 days to a year long lease.
