Our home faces south and receives lots of sunlight throughout the day. It's nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easy. For laundry, there's a washer and dryer. When you want to relax and unwind, there is a deep soaking tub facing a living plant wall. Or, have a drink on the balcony. It's a quiet spot.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an eight-unit walk-up building and faces the back. The nearest subway stops are the Nassau Ave and Greenpoint Ave G train stops, each about a five-minute walk. The Bedford L train is a pleasant fifteen-minute walk away. The ferry stop on India Street is also about a fifteen-minute walk, in the opposite direction. The B62 bus stop is right down the block. Lots of transit options!

It's also a short walk to McCarren or Transmitter Park, with plenty of grocery, dining, and coffee spots nearby. Grumpy's, Paloma, and Edy's are all a block or two away. The recently renovated Greenpoint library is nearby, too. Oxomoco, Greenpoint Fish and Lobster, Paulie Gee's -- again, lots of options.
