I would like to sublet my wonderful Carroll Gardens apt for 2 months. The apt is at the end of a tree-lined street of quaint brownstones and is flooded with sunlight because there are windows on 3 sides.
It is extremely sunny during the day and quiet at night.
There is an adorable garden out front and the only other neighbors are a lovely small family downstairs.
The kitchen is small but fully equipped. There is a walk in closet/4th room where I will store all of my personal belongings and you can store your suitcases.

The F/G trains are at the end of the block.
The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with the best shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a laundromat around the corner and coffee shops on about every block.


I have most of the streaming services and a big flat screen for you to enjoy.

I keep my apartment very clean and am looking for the same in a subletter.
