We have house plans to share for the home we once intended to build. Life has taken a different course, and we hope to find a buyer who will appreciate and love this peaceful, extraordinary land as much as we do.

I am a writer, death doula, hands-on energy worker, traveler, and Listing Project's community member for over a decade. This land was very rough when I discovered it and I've nurtured and cultivated it for nearly a quarter century.

We originally planned to build our home and raise our family here in 2001 - then we moved to NYC instead. We maintained the property with the care and intention of eventually building our forever home on it. However, dreams now take us in a different direction.
