I'm looking to sublet a second bedroom starting ASAP. Dates are flexible. $1800/month. Utilities included.
The loft is very quiet and relaxing with great light. I live in the second bedroom.
You have access to a large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. There's plenty of space for crafts, production or exercise. The building has a huge shared courtyard. There is also laundry in the building. Dumbo is only a 15 min bike ride away. Citi bikes around the corner.
About This Lister
I’m a 35 year old man who works as a gaffer/key grip in the film industry. When I’m home I like to watch movies and sometimes have friends over to socialize.

Rental requirements
I will require one month rent and a month security which you will get back at the end. I can show the space via facetime to start.
