We are subletting our lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the second floor of a traditional Brooklyn brownstone, conveniently located on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy just a few minute's walk to the A and C trains at Franklin and Nostrand Ave.

Our home features one king-sized bedroom and one bedroom/office with a full-sized Murphy bed. Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the main hallway closet.

The kitchen has an incredible 8ft island with two bar stools, making it the perfect solution for home cooking and entertaining. All our appliances are new, including Bosch oven, microwave and gas stove. There is also an extra spacious fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Our home will come with all utensils, dishes and pots and pans.

Right off the kitchen you will find our living room and dining nook for a full open-concept living area. There is a 65” TV with all your favorite streaming services, including HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Peacock.

We will be subletting the space fully furnished. The second bedroom can come as a bedroom or office setup.
The apartment is available from Oct. 4th until January 31st. Start date and end date are flexible, but we are looking for someone who can take the apartment for the majority of this time. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, WiFi) except electric.

About This Lister

We are an American-Croatian couple living and working in New York City since 2013. This is our primary residence in the US, and we are subletting our home while we are traveling to Europe for weddings and the holidays.

Rental requirements

* This apartment is available from October 4th to December 31st or January 31st (start and end dates are flexible; looking for someone willing to sublet for ~3 months).

* First month’s rent and a security deposit of $5400 is required upon booking to cover any potential damages.

* The apartment can accommodate up to 3 occupants. It’s ideally suited for a couple with a partial or full WFH arrangement, or a young family.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment

* We kindly ask tenants to water the plants once a week.

* No pets allowed.

*Excellent credit (700+) required.
