In order to apply for the space, you will need to submit an application on our website. The requirements are below. You may however contact us directly for a tour before you begin the application process.

In order to best accommodate our applicants, we ask that you please follow our protocol. We require a completed application including: income verification (1 month most recent pay stubs, award letter, bank statement, etc.), a state issued photo ID, and a full credit report (done through this portal).
We also require a general business plan that will describe your plans for the space as well as a projection of your revenue.

Approval of application is at the discretion of the landlord.

Please note that a co-signer application may have different requirements, and approval is at the discretion of the landlord. You may inquire with the person handling your application for specifics on the requirements for a co-signer.

Please note, your application is good for any of our units; you do not need to submit multiple applications for the same person.

PROOF OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO RECEIVING KEYS.
