Hey folks! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely studio in Crown Heights. Sunny southern exposure, super cozy and well-kept. Private entrance and very quiet other than the occasional street noise.

$2,100/month rent includes heat, water, wifi, and electricity.

Kitchen comes with a microwave, 4 burner induction stove, and under counter fridge, toaster, dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. Bathroom has a tub/shower and lots of storage. There's a hallway before you enter the unit with a closets for extra storage.

Location is amazing, just a couple blocks from the 2/3/4/5 trains and S shuttle to the C. One block from Franklin Ave with all the great restaurants, bars, and shops. About 15 mins to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Botanical Garden

Unit comes with a queen sized sofa bed with a spring free design and tempurpedic mattress. The tv and tv stand, and the stools are also the landlords and can be left with the unit.

Since I'm moving out of state, I would also be happy to sell/leave the tall bar table and the living room rug (handwoven wool gray/white).

I'm the leaseholder looking for someone to take over the lease through the end of September or start a new one. Either way, you would sign a new lease with the landlord and I won't be involved, so it's not a sublease situation. All communications will be with me in the beginning for showings and questions!
