You'll be sharing the apartment with me and my boyfriend – we live in the other big room on the opposite side, so there’s plenty of space for everyone! The common areas are fully furnished and super cozy. The room has lots of natural light (3 big windows!), and we’re just 1 block from laundry and the subway (1 min).

Long term - $1550 month (everything is included)
Short term - $450 weeks/ $800 2 weeks

About This Lister

I'm an engineer and my boyfriend works in finance. We’re chill, respectful, and open to living with anyone regardless of gender. I’m usually out from 8 AM until after 8 PM, and my boyfriend has a similar schedule, usually, he leaves home around noon, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. We love to travel, especially on weekends, so you might even get the apartment to yourself sometimes!

We’re looking for someone responsible and mature (no wild parties, but we’re always up for good energy and fun). We like to keep the common areas clean and tidy. Keeping the space nice for everyone is important to us!
