- extra storage area in the outdoor terrace nook
- comes with parking (additional $219/month)
- floor to ceiling windows/doors into the outdoor terrace
- additional fee to clean/paint the unit between us moving out and you moving in (approx $1000)

- shared rooftop access (amazing views of the East River)
- a few blocks from Domino Park, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods
- 5-7 min walk to the NYC North Williamsburg ferry stop, and a 10 min walk to the L train Bedford stop

Please note: this will be a lease takeover to start either 12/1/24 or if needed, sometime in the month of December (can prorate for December). Priority will be given to the person who can sign on sooner as the transition process requires paperwork with the building so that takes a few days.

Hello! My name is Nancy (she/her) and I have been living in this apartment for the past four years with my husband and our dog. We've had a wonderful time living in this building and in this area, and initially found this unit through the Listings Project as well. We are sad to leave this place but are moving on to a larger space, and would love to pass the rent stabilization benefits on to another person.
