Hello! My name is Nancy (she/her) and I have been living in this apartment for the past four years with my husband and our dog. We've had a wonderful time living in this building and in this area, and initially found this unit through the Listings Project as well. We are sad to leave this place but are moving on to a larger space, and would love to pass the rent stabilization benefits on to another person.
