4 bedroom 2 bath rent stabilized apartment in great neighborhood!! My partner and I are new to NY we rented this unit, but then my partner hit some immigration woes and can no longer join until later in 2025. Because of this the apartment is too much for me alone right now and I’m hoping to find someone great to take over the lease and enjoy this awesome spacious home :)

Located on Washington Avenue directly across from the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens and prospect park, within walking distance of the Brooklyn Museum! Less than a 10mins walk to the 2, 3, 4, 5, S, B and Q trains in both directions. There’s also city bikes right around the corner from the building!

Use to work in Film & TV, have recently switch careers to tech and made the move from Canada to NY! My partner and I didn't expect for his immigration to be held up so we signed this lease in September (It's really close to one of our favorite coffee shops so we got a little excited by the location). Unfortunately, he is still stuck dealing with some immigration issues and can't be here for a little while longer. The apartment is just a bit much for 1 person, but would be great for 2-4 people who are looking for lots of space at a stabilized rate. It will also be unfurnished :)
