Close to coffee shops, bars etc. Topos Too, TV Eye, Rolo's and more! Close to several grocery stores and incredible restaurant options. I'm also including a half-share veggie CSA pickup on 5/10 (including eggs!) if you are interested.

The apartment is on the third floor and has central air, dishwasher and updated appliances including a brand new fridge. Shared laundry is available in the basement via pay app. Roku with arguably too many streaming subscriptions. The dog pictured is coming with me, sorry!
