Hi there, I'm leaving town for a few weeks to care for a relative out of state and my sweet place is open to stay. Its a 3 bedroom in Ridgewood, you would be sharing with one other person-very quiet chill environment. The area is sweet, and it really does feel like you are outside of the city.

About the space- its a 3 bedroom shared by two people, since we have a spare bedroom the dates for coming and leaving can be flexible, I plan on roughly coming back the last or second last week of November.

The price is a little flexible depending on what you are looking for. Ideally I would like to have someone for a full 2 weeks, but reach out if some of the time frame works.

-15 minute walk to either the L or M train.
-dishwasher available, fully stocked kitchen usage
-shower with tub

Requirements: Half deposit to hold the space, and the rest in person.

-No smoking, no drug use permitted, not a partying house
-no overnight guests
-no pets
