About This Lister
We are a couple of creatives trying to find the right person to enjoy our apartment while we are away! We live between Mexico City & NYC, and we are hoping to find someone who can enjoy our apartment & care for it as much as we do while we're away.

Rental requirements
We are looking for a monthly sublet to stay in our beautiful apartment while we are away -- longer stays are preferred.
$750 USD per week + 500 pesos cleaning fee (paid to cleaning lady) every week. We will also ask that you water our plants :)
The space is available from Nov 27th 2024 - Dec 18th 2025. We sometimes rent on Air BNB but we prefer to use listings project to connect with people and avoid the crazy fees!

Priority will be given to those who can stay the full duration of the available time. 2 weeks minimum.
