I'm looking for a new roommate starting February 1st in Westlake, between Silverlake and Koreatown -- very centrally located! You would be sharing the very spacious apartment with 1 person (me). $1525/month.

- very spacious
-- entire first floor of a duplex
-big kitchen, two living rooms, backyard patio space with a ton of plants and room for projects
- 3rd bedroom is a shared office/studio/guest room
(I'm currently using it as a sewing studio and guest room)
- laundry room in-unit (washer/dryer)
- shared private garage parking space
- utilities around $100/month (water included in rent)
- walkable neighborhood

Room details:
-your bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so it is the quietest room
- brightly lit with plenty of windows
- lots of closet space

Looking to find someone who likes a calm, clean, and quiet environment.

My name is Simone, I'm 33 years old. I work mainly as a tailor, occasionally making custom garments. I grew up in the Bay Area, I went to school for fashion design in New York, and moved to LA 3 years ago.
