I'm looking for someone to sublet for the remainder of the lease of my very large bedroom. The room is about 18'x13' with a large closet and northern facing windows, it can be furnished or unfurnished. The current lease runs until September 2025.
The apartment has a dishwasher, laundry in the basement, and elevator. It's located on a quiet street 1 block from both Brower Park and Nostrand Ave, it's a quick walk to the 2/3/4/5/A/C. There's a large living room with great light, a spacious kitchen, and lovely neighbors.

About This Lister

I've lived in this apartment for 5 years and love it. I recently got a new job in a different city and sadly need to move.
You will be joining two roommates in this apartment.
Josh - a graphic designer and LA native who has lived here for 3 years.
Joe - a PhD student and San Francisco native, who has lived in the apartment for 5 months. He has an adorable and well-trained small dog named Tava. She is quiet, gentle and a pleasure.
An ideal candidate would take over the room December 1st.
