Cute townhouse, two bedrooms with one shared 1 bath, on two floors (townhouse style) at Park La Brea. The apartment has one primary and one other room, hardwood floors all over, a cute patio (there is a BBQ), kitchen, dining and living room. It is very bright with lots of windows and open space. Luxury furniture throughout all rooms (West Elm, CB2, Z Gallerie etc.).

ABOUT THE AREA
Park La Brea is a secured, gated community that also offers a pool, gym, parks, coffee shops and other pretty cool amenities (meeting rooms etc.). It is almost like its own little mini-city. More than five years living here, this is perfect for females just starting off in Los Angeles.

The apartment is conveniently located in Miracle Mile on 6th Street and Curson across from the LACMA & the Grove and Wilshire (E! Studios) and 3rd Street that each offer a variety of dining and shopping possibilities. Really love living here, it is the best area!
