Furnished room available in a loft building near Pratt, with great light. The shared area is an open layout living room and full kitchen (which also has great light). Kitchen is fully stocked. And the apartment is it in a great spot positioned right between Clinton Hill and Bed-stuy.

It is a small room, but it is setup to be highly functional with desk and good storage. There is laundry in the building. All utilities (including high speed wifi and HBO Max, Prime, Hulu, Netflix) included.

Month to month with a February 1 or 15th start date. Preference for someone interested through May. Since the room is small and already furnished it is not really a setup for long-term living. Better as a room to sublet for a longish stay in the city or to find longer-term accommodations.

I have a dog. So you must be ok with animals.
