I have a room available to rent in a garden level two bedroom brownstone for the month of December (can be flexible with move in/move out dates).

The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The room for rent is fully furnished with a bed, desk and dresser. And there's also a closet! The other bedroom in the unit is on the opposite side of the apartment so there’s lots of privacy. You'd be living with a 28 year old male dancer who is exceptionally clean and so kind!

Also included is a fully furnished living room, dishwasher in kitchen, and washer/dryer in the basement downstairs! Also...a private backyard with an outdoor grill and fire pit.

BedStuy is truly the most wonderful neighborhood! We are close to many restaurants/bars including Saraghina and Bar Lunatico. The A/C train is a few blocks away. The B26 bus is across the street.

The rent is $1500 all utilities included
