We live in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in Greenpoint, just a block from the water with amazing Manhattan skyline views. It's available for sublet starting March 1st through May 1st, with the option to extend for a full year lease after that. The room will be unfurnished, as I’m moving out early.

The neighborhood has so many great restaurants, cute shops, and plenty to explore. The apartment is in a repurposed elementary school, so it’s got tons of charm and cool features. The building has laundry, two rooftops, and a big fenced-in courtyard with a firepit.

You’d be sharing the space with two amazing roommates (F30 and F27). Both are very chill and respectful of the space—one works hybrid, and the other works from home, so it’s usually pretty quiet around here.

I am 27 years old and I’ve been living in this apartment for the past two years. I’m moving back to Chicago with my partner, so I’m ending my lease a couple of months early to align with their lease timeline. I’m looking for someone responsible and respectful to sublet my room for the last two months of the lease (March 1st to May 1st), with the option to renew for a full year after that.

I have two adorable cats (pictured), and they’ll be coming with me when I move. There are no other pets in the apartment, so the space will be pet-free after I leave.
