Hi! We have a room in our 3 bed/1.5 bath apartment that will be available for sublet starting December 15th with the option to sign onto the lease June 1st. Rent is $1585/month + utilities.

The apartment is located in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn right next to Atlantic Terminal! There is also a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Target super close by. We are walking distance to multiple parks (Fort Greene & Prospect) as well as tons of great restaurants/bars/cafes. It’s truly the perfect location - I’ve lived here for 6 years and I love it!

We have a dishwasher and laundry in the building. Also have a small balcony. Your room would be on the opposite side of the apt from the other two bedrooms. Ideally looking for someone who’d like to sign onto the lease in June but not a dealbreaker.

The room can fit a full size bed and desk and has good closet space. Gets a ton of natural light.

You’d be living with myself (late 20s) and my roommate Anusha (mid 20s). We’re super friendly and easy going, we like to hang out from time to time and watch tv together but are also respectful of each other’s space.

Anusha works from home full time (sometimes from coffee shops in the neighborhood) and I also work from home but go into the office 2 days a week typically. We are fine if you also work from home; we haven’t had any issues!
