This is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom rent stabilized apartment on the 4th floor of a walk up in Prospect Heights. The best thing about this apartment is the location. We're a block from Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Museum and about 5 minutes from Grand Army Plaza / Prospect Park. The neighborhood has a ton of coffee shops, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and grocery stores.

We have 2 well behaved animals (small dog and cat) so no additional pets. The pets stay in their designated areas and are not in common space much. The cat primarily stays in his owners room and really keeps to himself.

We are creative professionals in our 20s and 30s and looking for the same. It is a low key household. We want the apartment to be a peaceful place for us to come back and relax.

We have access to the roof which is big enough to do yoga or meditate on.

The room is rented on a sublease as month to month but ideally if you're a good fit, we'd love for you to stay long term.

We live above a market so we have to be very clean and cognizant of bugs but we manage it by keeping our kitchen and sink clean as well as as needed pest treatments. That's showbiz baby!
