I have a room for sublet in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in prime Williamsburg. The apartment boasts large windows and a ton of natural light. The living space is large and has a very comfortable couch. The open-plan kitchen has a dishwasher, ice maker, and breakfast bar. The bathroom has natural light and a bath/shower combo. The third bedroom is used as a storage room, guest room, or office.

The available room is the largest of the three and can fit a queen bed. It comes with built-in closet space and two large windows. The room gets great light in the afternoon and is very quiet because it faces the back of the building.

The apartment is very close to everything Williamsburg has to offer. It is above a respectful bar, and I know the owners quite well. Right next door is a wonderful bakery, and there is a grocery store one block away. No laundry in the building, but a laundry mat is next door and is great and has an affordable wash and fold. Everything you would need is right outside the door.

I'm also a big foodie and love trying new restaurants and bars around Williamsburg. I work remotely and like my space to be organized and relaxed. My sister and my best friend both have dogs and they will be around often, so you must love dogs to live here.

My ideal roommate would be fun, clean, and down-to-earth. The apartment vibe should be friendly and respectful.
