My roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and I am looking for someone to fill her room! The room is spacious enough for a queen bed, dresser, and a desk, and has two windows that face the street.

You will need to complete the necessary background and credit check, provide a security deposit, last year‘s tax returns, two paystub‘s, two bank statements, a landlord reference (if possible), proof of income, and your ID. This was the process when I moved into this apartment in May 2022, so I will double check with the landlord to make sure this is still accurate.
