The $819/month rent does not include utlities, internet, etc.

My roomates are social people so would be a good fit if you like being social with your roommates.

Lease ends at the end of November but open to someone staying until just September or October, with flexible start date for subletting and possibility of continuing the lease after November.

My roomies are very clean and tidy so looking for someone who is also very clean and tidy!
