Hello! This apartment is truly such a fantastic spot with tons of room, light, and privacy. With windows in every room and a street-facing view, the apartment is an original 1920s West Village gem. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and family-oriented, with great grocery stores and accessible subway lines (W 4, Union Square, 14th St).

The apartment unit itself is beautifully furnished, spacious, extremely clean, and very well cared for by its primary tenant, me. The bedroom is furnished and included in the fee. However, furniture can be removed or replaced. The room has a massive closet with built-in shelving and direct sunlight during the afternoons. With two doors, you would have direct doors to the bathroom/living room and kitchen.

This apartment has original hanging bone hardwood floors, windows in every room, a dishwasher, elevator, AC in the bedrooms (which successfully cools the entire apartment) and washer/dryer in building. The apartment is roughly 1000sq/ft with a separate kitchen, living/dining room, and a shared bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and no additional supplies are needed.

This apartment is truly a great deal for the neighborhood and its size! I hope to find someone who loves it and will care for it as much as I do.

Hi! My name is Marley. I’m a 22 year old photography student and film-lab color technician. I’m not home much so I’m pretty quiet and I generally keep to myself unless I have a couple of friends over. I cook a lot and enjoy spending time watching movies in the living room. I’m usually out of the house from early afternoon until evening as I work full time. I’m very clean and choose to take on most of the house maintenance. However, I’m looking for someone who cares about cleanliness (in the shared spaces) and is willing to contribute to chores.

I've lived in this building for over 4 years and highly value my relationship with the owners and other tenants. I have several friends in the building, and I try to help out some older residents who need assistance occasionally.

I do smoke marijuana in the home, but I do not smoke cigarettes/vape and do not permit cigarette smoking in the unit. Anyway, I’m a lot more fun than this little paragraph makes me sound, but I’m looking for a responsible, communicative, and chill person to live with!!
