My roommate of four years is moving out and I'm looking to fill her room in my gorgeous two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Upper West Side. You would be signing a new lease beginning April 1st, with the option to renew next year.

- Your room is spacious and sunny, with plenty of room for a full or queen bed, dresser and desk, and it has a good size closet

- The best location: two blocks away from both Central Park and Riverside Park, a few blocks from The Natural History Museum, surrounded by an amazing array of bars and restaurants, with stores, laundry, everything you need nearby. There's even an AMC at the end of our block
- Although it's a lively area, it's a quiet and family friendly neighborhood
- A few minutes walk to the 86th st 1 stop, with the B/C and crosstown bus also close by
- Renovated apartment on the 2nd floor (short flight of stairs from the entrance)
- Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there's a lot of privacy
- Accessible, friendly super and management, kind and quiet neighbors

About This Lister

I'm a 30 year old woman working in book publishing. I work in the office 3 days a week and at home the other two days, and I travel often for work and to visit friends and family. When I'm not at home reading or watching TV I'm usually at the movies, at a museum, walking around (and around) the upper west side, or out with friends.

I'm a quiet, calm, and respectful roomie. I like to keep common areas clean, dishes done relatively quickly, chores shared equally, etc.
