Hi there - thanks for your interest to read more about the space! The room available is the primary bedroom with private bathroom in our 3 bed/2 bath apartment! The room is spacious and has a queen bed, large closet, great desk set-up for Working-From-Home (if needed), central AC & heat, awesome amounts of sunlight, and cozy/colorful decor. The sublet will share the apartment with 2 fantastic roommates (1 gay male and 1 straight female in their late 20's/early 30's) who are clean, respectful, easy to live with, and LGBTQIA+ friendly! The kitchen has modern appliances and a dishwasher; the living room has a large TV with access to Netflix/Prime Video/Hulu/Max/etc. and the apartment also has a washer/dryer in-unit as well! The building itself has a gym, small recreation area, nice rooftop, chill lobby, doormen (who are all great!) and a secure mail/package room. The corner location of the apartment has lots of cute restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots nearby and is a 5-minute walk from Domino Park, which is a Williamsburg staple!

I work in consulting for a pharmaceutical company and plan to take a few months out of NYC to enjoy the holidays with my family.
