The room is available on a month to month basis starting December 1st. Ideally if personality match, long-term lease can be arranged.

I'm a creative who originally moved to New York from California to pursue an arts degree at NYU. Since then I have worked in Theatre and gotten my MBA. I'm currently working in Marketing. The other roomate Love is a photographer in the MET meuseum. She is very nice, friendly and respectful.

Rental requirements
Security deposit plus one month's rent before move-in.
Utilities are $100/month. Utilities include high-speed wifi and electricity.
Payments are received via Zelle before the 1st of the month.
Pets Policy
If you have a smaller dog that doesn't damage the furniture and doesn't bark (meaning all the time), it can be allowed. Neighbors are pet-friendly.
