Nous louons 1 chambre pour étudiante (fille de préférence) à partir du 1er Janvier jusqu’à fin Mai (ou plus tard, nous sommes flexible avec les dates) La chambre est d'environ 9 m2.
Le loyer est de $1300 par mois, toutes charges comprises (eau, électricité, gaz, internet)
Nous sommes dans le quartier de Park Slope à Brooklyn, à côté du métro (ARRET “4th avenue and 9th street” LIGNE F, G ou R à 35 minutes de Manhattan) proche tous commerces, restaurants, parc etc… un quartier très sympa et vivant.
Vous aurez accès à une salle de bain (à partager parfois avec notre fille)
Vous aurez aussi accès à notre cuisine, salon, petit jardin etc….
Vous serez très bien reçu dans un cadre familial !
Attention : Pour les personnes allergiques, j’ai un chat et un chien.

We are renting a bedroom in our house and are looking for a female student in school or doing an internship.
Dates are starting next month (February 1st) until end of May (although these dates are flexible)
Rent is $1300 per month with all utilities included.
We are in Park slope, Brooklyn, very close to the F , G or R. Our stop is 4th avenue and 9th street, a 35 minutes commute to mid town Manhattan, close to stores, restaurants, Prospect park, in a very lively neighborhood.
You will have access to kitchen, living room, outside backyard.
You will share a bathroom with sometimes our college daughter when she is home.
Please note that we have a dog and a cat if you are allergic!

About This Lister

A little about me... I'm a french native, my husband is American, and we have 3 children. Our two older children do not live at home anymore but our youngest who is in college returns at times throughout the year. That leaves us a lovely house with 2 empty rooms on the top floor that we have rented out in the past. We love to cook and share our kitchen. We provide cooking pots and pans and basic meal prep items for you to prepare your own meals if you wish. Regardless of what you choose, you will feel very welcome in our house.
