My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd guy to fill an empty room January 1st in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Highland Park! Close by to lots of restaurants and bars on Figueroa and York. You’d be taking the third bedroom with a shared large bathroom. Your portion of rent would be around $1500 with utilities, and you’d join our month-to-month lease. Photos at the end show what the apartment currently looks like (couches are leaving and can be replaced).
