- Looking for roommates to bond with! The last several years has taught us we want to be closer with our friends and create an intimate space for friendship. We will of course respect privacy and time alone, just want to make sure you are open to hanging out.
- Our cleanliness level can be described as neat maximalists. We like to keep shared spaces clean, but our decoration style includes a lot of detail. We are not the right roommates for type A or minimalists.
- Love animals (or like them) but don’t have any of your own. While we would love more animals we both have very particular pets that don’t get along well with others of their own breed.
- No-cigarette smoking inside (420 acceptable)

Neighborhood: the house is situated in a beautiful historic neighborhood, just steps away from large historic homes and quick access to several amenities. We have a corner store a half block away as well as larger stores less than a mile away. A nearby coffee shop makes for a great morning stroll and we have nearby access to the Metro E Line.

Roommate 1 (Me!): My name is Katy, I am 39 years old, single, and I work in cannabis and software. I love all things fermentation, love to cook especially when I have people to cook for, I tend to nerd out about random subjects I am into, extrovert with a side helping of introvert, love cats (my cat is named Titty and our temporary foster is named Charlotte), love good tv and films, a big fan of zines and crafting in general. Love to travel and explore. I am also the tie dye queen of the household.

Roommate 2: Robyn is 41, single, and between jobs. Naturally loud and easy going she loves bugs and got her degree in entomology. An introvert with extrovert tendencies, she is a genius stained glass artist and loves getting into other projects. A homebody that loves camping and travel when she can.

Cats: Titty is approachable but particular, she loves her alone time but will find a lap and sit in it promptly. She is quite vocal but not super loud. I love seeing her relationships with other people as they differ from mine. Indoor cat but gets occasional outside time. She is 10+ (I forgot to keep track). Charlotte is a newbie to the house and was rescued from a hoarding situation. She loves relaxing in the sun and loves occasional belly rubs.

Dogs: Piña is a 5 year old terrier mix. Playful, hungry, and will joyfully invade your personal space. Bubba is a 15 year old terrier mix. He is a momma's boy who loves walks and loves to get his mom's attention.
