You'll be living with 2 amazing women and one incredibly precious dog. With an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, very walkable area, and fantastic natural light, this space is perfect for someone who works remotely or commutes. This is a month-to-month lease and only requires electric, gas, and wifi for utilities.

I'm a graphic designer that's following a dream of becoming a chef and leaving Los Angeles. My roommates Patty (she/her) and Paloma (she/her) are incredibly genuine, easy-going, open-minded, and overall amazing people and roommates. Patty is a set coordinator in the TV industry and Paloma is a student recruiter for a higher-education nonprofit. Patty has a dog, Wally, that loves people and respects boundaries very well. We keep the common spaces (living room, bathroom, kitchen) clean on a weekly basis but also have a robot vacuum that sweeps daily. We all went to college together but have varying career paths and all moved to LA four years ago. Paloma and I have been in the apartment since we moved in 2021 and Patty moved in at the start of this year. We're near a bunch of amazing bars and great restaurants and go out occasionally, but also enjoy staying in a watching a movie just as often.
