I am seeking someone to sublet my roommate's room in our two-bedroom apartment starting February 1st, as she will be moving out. The apartment is located on the Lower East Side at Stanton and Ludlow Streets, and the monthly rent is $1712. The room is unfurnished and on the smaller side, but there is a wardrobe in the hallway that can be used for additional storage. The apartment is in an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk to the F, J, M, and Z subway lines.

Please note that the apartment is a third-story walk-up, and there is no washer or dryer in the building. However, the neighborhood is vibrant and lively, with plenty to explore. I work remotely from my room, and I am friendly, neat, and sociable, so I’d love to find a roommate with a similar vibe. The lease runs through August 1st.
