Hello there! I'm looking for someone to split my beautiful furnished apartment for a little while I'm in grad school.

The apartment is in a modern luxury building converted from a glass manufacturing warehouse and has charming details including tall ceilings, old wood beams, and brick walls. Here's the building's website: https://www.glassworksbk.com/

It is technically a 1-bedroom and I'm in the process of converting the living room into a flexible 2nd bedroom. I work outside of the home during the day and am often home evenings and weekends. I'm looking for someone ideally for 1-3 months, possibly longer depending on my job situation and what you're looking for. I'd also consider a weekly stay.

$1400 is the monthly rent for the primary bedroom with utilities averaging about $50-$125 per person, usually more in the summer months from running the AC. Weekly rate is a $400 flat fee.

I'm open to negotiation on the length for someone just looking for a part-time place to stay. Perhaps you want a commuter place on weekdays or weekends, or travel a lot for work?
