I am subletting the guest bedroom of my two bedroom apartment in williamsburg. the sunfilled room is minimally furnished and has a good sized closet. there's a shared bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a window right off the kitchen. it's perfect for someone who lives outside of new york city that comes here for work and would like a consistent landing in brooklyn. for example my last couple of subletters have had full time residence upstate and los angeles.

the apartment itself is a 4th floor walkup with incredible light. the bedrooms are on opposite sides. I have a ton of plants and the space is very calm and minimal. it has taken me many years to get really grounded in my home and I've taken a lot of time finding and collecting everything that's in here so respect of the space is a big one for me. I'm very clean and organized and run a pretty tight ship in that way.

can be somewhat flexible on the dates and rent depending on how often you plan to be here if you are using the space as your secondary residence. I would love to find someone for october with the option to extend.

I am very quiet and considerate possibly to a fault. I am up early most days to go to the gym and/or yoga and work most weekday afternoons/evenings including saturdays. I can be a homebody but I am also very social and can be out and about in the city with friends.

I may occasionally have a friend over for dinner or a glass of wine possibly a basketball game. I don't bring people home and keep most of my socializing outside of the house.

I do my best not to leave a mess or clutter around and never leave a dish the sink. I take care of most common goods (cleaning supplies/paper goods) and take care of all of the cleaning of the common spaces. obviously you are welcome to contribute but I’m pretty good about taking care of things.
