We have a bedroom and bathroom available in a beautiful gut renovated 3 bed 3 bath with private garden (great for hosting), washer/ dryer in unit, and all the benefits of a fully-equipped kitchen, on the border of Williamsburg & Greenpoint, right next to McCarren Park. Pics don’t do it justice.

You will be living with super easygoing and enjoyable roommates. One roommate, Pep, has a bedroom is in the basement, from where he runs a startup (hybrid, has an office in Carnegie Tower). Pep enjoys traveling and exploring the NYC food scene. Other roommate, Niehls, is a software engineer who works in the office everyday. Neihls enjoys hiking and owns a Labrodoodle dog.

The available bedroom is private, has storage space. It's going for $2,450/ month including utilities.

Fully-equipped kitchen (kitchenaid, sous vide, food processor, dishwasher, etc.); washer/dryer in-unit, common spaces fully furnished (including garden furniture).

Short term requests not preferred, but will be considered.

We're super easy going, laid back, both working professionals who also enjoy life. We're independent but also cozy, and we both love food. Pep loves to ride his bike and partake in the occasional Krav Maga training, Neihls enjoys hiking, video games, and spending time with his dog.
