Hi! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment. The building is located in the adorable, quiet neighborhood of Carroll Gardens – just a block away from the F/G at Carroll Station.

I love this space and am so sad to leave, but I'm quitting my job to live in Portugal and San Francisco. I'm looking for someone to take my room who is clean, honest, and reliable. There are two other girls living in the unit, one of whom is a Master's student at NYU and the other is an actress. The apartment is available to sublet until July 11th, at which point you may have the option to renew or extend.

About the room:
The room is light-filled and spacious with a full-size bed, two closets, a desk, and a desk chair. I will be leaving most of my furniture in the room and you have the option to purchase it. The room gets a ton of natural light and has AC and heating (controlled from a thermostat in the room).

About the apartment:
The apartment is modern and spacious with a full living area and kitchen complete with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all kitchen appliances. The space is entirely furnished. You'll also have your own bathroom with a shower. The unit is located on the second floor of a walk-up building. Management is super responsive and the other tenants are all lovely families. The building is accessible via code (front door code & unit code).

I'm a 25 year-old who works in brand marketing at a tech company. I've lived in NYC for three years, but I'm planning to quit my job and move to Portugal for a month and then to San Francisco with my partner.
