There are two other rooms in the apt that are filled with myself and my roommate. Like to keep the space calm with occasional chats. I host a friend here and there for a few hours or less but like to keep the place calm for the majority. Keep partner hosting to a minimum. Currently looking for a third roomie. We are 420 friendly. Looking for someone who will respect the space and the cleanliness expectations. No shoes, no dishes in the sink, no pets. Looking for someone who works outside of their living space.
