Kitchen has plenty of spices and dishes and cooking ware for your usage. There's 1 bathroom with a shower/tub.

No work from home. (Your room doesn't have enough space.) The living room you can take occasional phone or video meetings (on the two couches, kitchen table or kitchen island) but not all day as it's a shared space.
