Small room available, in full-floor loft in corner building, under the Brooklyn Bridge. It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to all subways and FDR Drive. Great view, great storage space. Space is to be shared with 2 cats and 2 females- 1 pastry chef/bartender who is never home, and 1 international artist who is always home, if in town. All pictures show empty room, but room is furnished with a twin foam mattress bed. Other pictures show common area/kitchen, and artist's studio between room and kitchen.
